Hydrogen Technology, Inc. (Head office: Tokyo; President & CEO: Yasuhiro Yamamoto; after this referred to as “HT”) and H2 Energy Co., Ltd. (Head office: Taiwan; Chairman: Liu, Chi-I, ing; after this referred to as “H2 Energy”) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on January 28, 2024 for a joint development project regarding the manufacture of machinery and equipment for hydrogen power generation in Taiwan. This collaboration aims to combine HT’s innovative hydrogen generation technology with H2 Energy’s market knowledge to accelerate the spread of hydrogen energy in Taiwan.

This partnership will expand the potential of hydrogen as a sustainable energy source, contributing to reducing dependence on fossil fuels and combating global warming.

Through this agreement, HT and H2 Energy take a new step towards solving environmental problems.
